We miss Lauren.  We miss that when you walk into her house that her pretty, smiling face isn't there to say,"Hi!" or come and give you a hug if you surprised her at school or anywhere.  I feel sad that my Lee is hurting and I can't help. I love them all so very much. May God bless and help us heal.

It's been 5 months, just went and put Christmas decorations on gravesite-what a trek through the snow! The sledding back down the hill was not as fun as we thought it would be, our sleds wouldn't pick up speed as the snow wasn't packed enough but I feel better, that I got to go.

Me and Chelsea loved Lauren very much and we are going to miss her very much. I remember when me, Lauren, Lynnette and Ashtyn all went quadding togetherin the spring. It was the best time ever. I am going to miss that. I cant believe how much Jenine looks like Lauren. I cant believe how everything happened. Homecoming is going to be so different without her. I miss her so much.  Chelsea misses hanging out with her at work and having very interesting conversations.  We are going to miss her so much. We love her very much.

Dear family and friends of Laren Renee,

I am so sorry for your loss. What a sweet vibrant young lady. I know just what you are going through. I wish everyday we could find some answers to several questions regarding our sweet angel's passing. Stay strong, and I will keep you in my prayers.

Becky

Our family misses you like crazy, it just isn't the same without you. It's the simple things that make me think of you, like that stupid, broken chair you would stand around and wait for, Aaron reminded us right away, it was your favorite and we should keep it, even though it was time for new furniture.

Going to the store and making your decision of what to drink by the color of the tab.

Making Lynnette come to the door and get you so you would know what side of the van to get in.

And Lynnette says you REALLY did eat at our house, although I just don't believe it.

Miss you like crazy, forever in our hearts.

11-08-2008 8:15 PM -- By: Sammy Synett,  From: Brimley

lauren, lauren, lauren.

how crazy this all is. i don't think i actually took it in, or got closure until i was told to visit this site.

it's hard for me to think of what to write, because no matter what, nothing's the same, you know?

something i can and will say is that you've got a great family. my god, they're amazing; how they're helping one another get through this and how they refuse to let you down still. that's some real strength right there.

as for me, i have my days. the littlest, most uncommon things remind me of our friendship. whenever i see someone drinking diet coke or diet mountain dew, i immeadiatly think of me attacking you to drink it all (: or during our volleyball season, everytime they'd annouce our names, or at senior's night, parent's night, i was waiting for you to burst in, and say, "sorry that i'm late guys, my bad!" i haven't been in the us history room yet, that room reminds me of you the most, every day yelling at you and kayt to stop signing your names on the board, lol.

unless you're watching carefully, i don't think you realize how much of an impact you made on me and my life. you were one of my first friends when i moved here in 6th grade, and one of my best. we would go days without talking for some reason, then randomly, we'd start cracking up laughing over the same thing and we'd get in trouble for talking too much. hahah.

see, i've already managed to write a novel. (:

i hope everything's going good up there; i hope you're getting a good laugh on what's going on around down here, lol.
keep spreading your joy around lauren. you're making a world of difference in my life.

with my love, -sammy.

R.I.P.

11-08-2008 4:34 PM -- By: sammi mcleod,  From:

even though i wasnt really close with lauren, i will miss her.  i sat at her breakfast table, n was partners with her a few times in government. she was always laughing and telling stories to make others laugh.  she always worked hard in volleyball, and even though she wasnt played much, she had the best attitude on the team. she was always cheering people liek me up on the bench. the world def needs more girls like lauren, always bringing people up. she was a real blessings and its so sad that she had to leave us. but we will see her again and i know that she is always looking down on us. so this is just a see you later, not a goodbye

11-08-2008 1:38 PM -- By: Alyssa Lothrop,  From: Brimley, MI

Lauren Renee,

Wow. It's taken me a lot to actually write you, I've always been to scared of not knowing what to say. Finding out that you where gone was one of the hardest things I have ever been through, but I know that you're in a better place and that you are happy. I will forever remember and cherish the memories we had together, like when your younger sister drank too much milk and vomited all over us. Gross, but it was funny. Gosh, I'm crying. Lol. You where a great friend to me, and you always help me in World History. Brimley is definetly diifferent without you. But to end this I would just like to tell you that I love you and I miss you more than you can ever know. You're in my prayers and always on my mind. So, put in a good word for me up there and rest easy. This isn't goodbye, so Baamaapii my sweet little angel, Alyssa Renea.

Lauren, I honestly wish I could tell you how much I miss you...this school year has been so hard without you....volleyball wasn't the same either...I'll always remember you and your amazing gracefullness at Lynnette's birthday party...I miss seeing you by our lockers everyday.. well take care Lauren I love you

11-07-2008 5:31 PM -- By: Tracee Mason,  From: Brimley, MI

Lauren, Lauren, Lauren. Sweet Lauren. Finding out that you had past away was one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through. I never want to do that again. Anyway, you were the one that kept my spirits up. Seeing you smiling and saying hi to everyone even if you didn't like them or if they didn't like you. I really regret not talking to you more in 9th and 10th grade. I'm gonna have to live with that for the rest of my life. But the times that we did hang out, I will cherish forever. Like that one time when we went homecoming dress shopping freshman year. I will miss you forever and ever. I will never forget you. I hope you're behaving up there lol. So this isn't a goodbye. It's a see ya later. I love you Lauren. (:
